All transactions on the RikiGPT website are processed through Stripe, ensuring secure and reliable payment processing. The platform offers two types of purchases:

• Credit Packages: Prepaid credits for use on the platform.
• Monthly Subscriptions: Recurring memberships that provide a set number of credits each month.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

• Unused Credits: If you purchase credits and do not use them, you are eligible for a full refund, provided you submit a refund request within 48 hours of the purchase. Requests must be sent to support@virtuai-team.com.
• Monthly Subscriptions: Unused subscription credits may also qualify for a refund if the request is made within 48 hours of the initial subscription payment.

3. Used Credits

Users who have utilized their credits are not eligible for a monetary refund. However, VirtuAi LLC reserves the right to offer refunds in the form of credits or other compensation at its sole discretion, depending on the circumstances.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

• Beyond the 48-Hour Window: Refund requests made after 48 hours from the time of purchase will not be honored.
• Partially Used Purchases: Credits that have been partially used are not eligible for a proportional monetary refund.
• Misuse or Violations: Purchases made by users found to be in violation of the platform's Terms of Use, including but not limited to misuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of the platform's rules, are not eligible for refunds.

5. Refund Process

Refund requests must include proof of purchase (e.g., transaction ID) and be submitted via email to support@virtuai-team.com.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days and issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds in the form of credits will be added to the user’s account within 3 business days of approval.

6. Changes to This Policy

VirtuAi LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be published on the RikiGPT website, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

VirtuAi LLC's liability for refunds is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific purchase in question. The company is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from a denied refund request.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a refund, the matter will be addressed through negotiations between the user and Virtuai LLC. If no resolution is reached, the dispute may be referred to arbitration under the laws of the jurisdiction in which VirtuAi LLC operates.
